Had an amazing experience with the whole team here! Dr. Dogra was extremely kind, very communicative and took great care of my dog for a dental procedure. His staff was friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who really cares about their patients. Pricing was also very reasonable.
I truly cannot thank Dr. Crippen and her team enough. She cared for my grandparents’ cat, Jack, for 16 years. I needed to take over for my grandparents and ensure Jack was looked after. I scheduled a visit to have him checked out one more time before flying him to New York. She helped make sure he was safe and comfortable for a long flight.
It was so evident just how much Dr. Crippen cared for Jack and my grandmother all these years. Dr. Crippen was prepared with all of his vet records and truly helped this tough time become a smooth transition. As of recently, this location in Santa Rosa is now owned by Dr. Harsh Dogra. Got a referral from our family friend to take our 13 yr small dog to his office for dental cleaning. We are in Novato. Got timely texts and phone calls from the front desk for appointment reminders. The office is very neat and well kept with spacious exam rooms. The whole staff and front desk are very welcoming and friendly. Found Dr. Dogra to be very caring, compassionate and loving to our dog. Our small dog has a grade 2-3 heart murmur.
