I purchased a washer dryer 8 years or so ago and it was a great machine worked great! the team and installed and gave me tips on how to keep it working for a long time! I'll know who to recommend and where to go when i need appliances for sure.
I bought a washer from them a while ago, and it was the smoothest, easiest transaction ever. I called them up, told them what I wanted, and they delivered it later that day and even offered to install it and take my beat up old broken one. The man was really nice, as was the lady on the phone. Great price and service, and the washer is still going strong.
Update: We did hear back from the owner immediately after posting the review. He explained that there was a little miscommunication in the office and he apologized for the delayed response in fixing the ice maker. Within a day or two we had a new ice maker installed. This did not fix the issue and we called back to report the lack of ice. We had a technician back at our home the same day and now everything is working as it should. The owner was very apologetic about the situation and we would consider doing business here again.
