Kelly worked closely with us to design a barn/office on our property. We took us all the way from design to permit in Sonoma County. He was very agile as the design was developing to work with us to give us our ideal work space. Kelly was patient, responsive and easy to work with.

I was lucky enough to come across Kelly’s name in my preliminary research for a designer to help my husband and I with the plans for what we thought would be a simple remodel/addition of our home in Santa Rosa. As it turns out, we were unable to simply extend the rear of our house due to setback limitations by the City of Santa Rosa. Kelly was instrumental in helping us work through these challenges. He guided us through design changes that were needed in order to gain the additional square footage we desperately needed for our bungalow. I cannot say enough great things about this process. Kelly took a vision that we had and turned it into a reality. I have worked with a few custom home builders / contractors in the past, but this stood out. Not only was the design of the project taken care of but the project management of the new home addition we had done as well. I have a few friends in the Santa Rosa area that want some remodeling done and I am glad that I now have the source to turn them too.
