Great customer service We have not yet had work done but process has been good. Tim is a great asset to JOSI great customer service. I will say that JOSI is attempting to us Ai in place of live agents . It was beyond frustrating! Unfortunate because the AI takes away from what makes JOSI stand out above the rest. I will not go through the process with a robot again. It was super frustrating!!!
I had an error code beeping on my Eichler radiant heat boiler. I couldn’t get the beeping to stop, so I called. Tim from John Owens went out of his way late in the afternoon to help. He was friendly and knew what he was doing and had us up and running quickly. I definitely recommend Tim and John Owens.
We had a quote for replacing our HVAC system and asked Ray from John Owens for a second quote. He gave us a detailed list of what had to be replaced and Four options to choose from . The other company didn’t give us options , John Owens will get our work . Thank you John and Ray .
