I highly recommend Ignite Martial Arts. My son has been enrolled with Ignite since post pandemic. Martial Arts has built his confidence and helped him with self defense/bully defense. The instructors are wonderful and engaging. They are the best in Sonoma County!
We love Ignite! The instructors are top notch. They’re not only amazing people, but they’re great with kids. They are patient, kind, funny, and stellar role models. Your child will learn more self discipline and respect, not only toward others, but for themselves.
We started at Ignite a few months ago, and so far it has been great. It’s nice to have a time for my son to practice attentive listening skills and have a safe place for punching and kicking as a young physical boy. Also, we did parents night out for the first time recently, and it’s a great resource that they offer for members! 3 hours of fun for kids with dinner, and parents can get some time together.
