We've never used honey bucket before but when we needed to we decided to use your company because we've heard really good reviews about your company and he's always on time always very thorough with his job is very polite and he's always getting the job done when he's done it looks like a brand new unit every time if I could personally pay him I would say you deserves at least $150 each route with the work that he does I think his name is Jesse it's a pleasure every Friday to see him I hope you get this message Jesse thank you

Honey Bucket is our "Go To" company for sanitation services for our annual senior sporting events. Over the years, we've learned the best way to work together and have an excellent system in place. I know my drivers and they know our events. The equipment always arrives clean and the follow-up cleaning services are always done timely. When traffic backed up a delivery to one of my sites last year, an off-duty manager came into the office, loaded up a truck, and made sure our portables and sinks got exactly where they needed to be.

Thanks for such a great job with the porta's at Ocean Cove Campground this weekend! You guys did a great job with so many people there! Thanks to the guy who delivered them for pointing us to this campground! He arrived on time at Timber Cove Boat Landing where we were at first to deliver a porta and had to wait for almost an hour for the owner to get out of bed, complained, and was in her robe! Buddy, you had more patience than I! Thanks again!

Honey Bucket has a variety of Restrooms for any type of event. Their 25ft Trailers are excellent for larger events. They work with me on delivery time and pickup times. Their drivers are knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to place the equipment exactly where we want it.

Zero starts if I could. Customer service and business practices are horrible. We rented for business purposes. If your site is closed on a holiday and it falls on your cleaning day, they will not reschedule the visit without an additional charge, as well as the charge for the cleaning that you are not receiving because you are closed. They showed up after business hours and charged us for a cleaning that we did not receive because...closed. I would never work with this company again. Found a new one to work with that is much for flexible, better to work with and all around friendlier customer service.

We've been giving our business to Honey Bucket for years now despite them dropping the ball a couple of times. But their last quote was DOUBLE the price from the previous fee they charged last October and we let them know we can't afford that large of an increase. They didn't budge. Its really sad when a company doesn't care about its regular customers.
