Documentation and communication are not Dave's strong suits. It took 3 years from the time we first met to completion so don't enter into this with a deadline in mind. However, he stuck to the original quoted price and delivered a beautiful pool. COVID did not make it easy on any level from permits to supplies to subcontractors. But Dave supervised all the sub work, rejected substandard work and got creative when issues arose (which they always will). But Dave stayed on it and we ended up with a slice of heaven in our backyard.

After 12 years after David Hall from Holiday Pool and Water Creations installed my pool, our first problem occurred. Ironically, it had nothing to do with the work David did, rather, it was a problem with the pool solar I had installed. I reached out to Holiday Pool and David to see if he could recommend someone to help me. David responded almost immediately and came to my house to see what the problem was. He not only found the source of the problem, but he also resolved the problem within two days. I have seen many backyards with pools. Owner, David Hall and Joaquin have been servicing our pool for over two years. I have found them to be extremely responsive and willing to go the extra mile when needed. I highly recommend them -- really good and honest people too.
