Very nice experience! They were all very friendly & they all seemed to care about my cat. Didn’t feel rushed at all & were very welcoming. Price also felt reasonable I will definitely bring my pets here again.
Kindest & most informative vet I’ve been to by far. All members of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but especially Emma and Dr. Lankes. My cat was treated with so much love by everyone that I would happily make the drive from lake county again to have him treated here :)
I had to bring my vet aggressive English Mastiff in for an oral and throat examination, Dr. Fisher and staff were wonderful! The amount of patience and professionalism was calming to a stressed out pet owner. They were able to examine his mouth and take several samples while explaining everything in detail to me. I was worried that I couldn't afford this visit as I've heard horror story's about veterinary's charging outrageous prices for similar visits, that wasn't the case as I think their prices were very reasonable. Ryan even helped me jump start my truck after my visit was over. I highly recommend Heritage Veterinary!
