I have been a client of Grand Illusions for about 8 years. I have been treated wonderfully and professionally by Sally (before she retired) and her daughter Cindy. They both took great care of me and treated me as a friend as well as a client. We are so lucky to have Grand Illusions in the Santa Rosa area!

I wish I had found this local salon sooner. For 20 years I spent half a day or more once a month traveling to San Francisco or Sacramento for services. Considering the time and cost of gas and parking, it was a big commitment. Having a local salon just minutes from my work is so convenient and cost effective.
After 20 years with HCM, I truly appreciate the friendly and relaxed environment of a local salon, not to mention the ease of making appointments. I have been a client of Cindy for 6 years and have received the most consistent and best cuts I have ever had. It is nice to have the same stylist every time.

I decided I wanted to try a hair system since I was down to 3 hairs in the top of my head. I found Grand Illusion on the internet and made an appointment. The mother, daughter team made me feel very comfortable and supportive of my choice. When all was said and done, they gave me back a beautiful head of hair and a bit more confidence about my appearance!
