Disappointing Communication Experience: An Appointment Scheduling Review I recently attempted to book an appointment via email, and unfortunately, the response I received left much to be desired. Despite my clear inquiry and eagerness to secure a time slot, the reply I received lacked professionalism and failed to address my concerns adequately. The response was terse and lacked any form of personalization, making me feel like just another transaction rather than a valued client. Furthermore, it did not provide the information I needed to proceed with booking the appointment smoothly. Instead of offering available dates or alternative options, the response merely stated that they were busy without any indication of when they might be available. Additionally, the tone of the email was dismissive, giving the impression that my request was inconsequential. As someone seeking their services, I expected a more courteous and accommodating response. Overall, my experience with this email exchange was disappointing. Effective communication is essential in any professional setting, especially when it involves scheduling appointments. Regrettably, the response I received fell short of expectations, leaving me frustrated and uncertain about proceeding with booking an appointment with this particular place.

I had known about Four Seasons and Scott and Diane for probably close to 20 years (initially from someone I knew who had a serious autoimmune disease and swore by their treatments and formulas and so they came highly recommended by them) and *finally* went to see Scott recently (for Hashimoto's, hormonal imbalance issues as well as some other issues) and I can't recommend him highly enough.I also came in at a time in my life when I had been dealing with a lot of grief and trauma due to recent events, and Scott made a really beautiful and amazing formula for me to help me through this trying time (and it was made me with love and care and 40 years of expertise). He's an artist and I look forward to continuing to work with him to help restore balance and find peace.

I never knew this place existed, but had my first appointment with Diane. She has so much knowledge and really figures out your body before starting the acupuncture. Her and her husband have been doing it for years and it is very apparent that they care about the health of their clients. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to start acupuncture or need some Chinese herbs.

I have seen Diane a few times now and think she is just wonderful! She seems like a true healer, and I think she can help with a lot of things. I have had acupuncture with her as well as a custom made tea blend. I HIGHLY recommend.

I just called to get information and set up an appointment. The woman that answered the phone was so incredibly rude. I told her I was referred by Kaiser. She immediately was annoyed and told me she just had a no show Kaiser patient and started chuckling. She then asked why I wanted to be seen. I told her about my symptoms, as well as why I was interested in acupuncture. This woman (co owner) was so incredibly condescending. I felt as if I was bothering her by simply inquiring. I ended up telling her to never mind and hung up. I have never reviewed anything on Yelp. Im not one to complain or have ever found it necessary. I absolutely would not refer anyone to this place! Obviously they aren't interested in new patients.

Great experience with Scott. I've had severe neck tension for 2 1/2 years. I've got a excellent diet, I run and do yoga and meditation everyday, I don't work on a computer, I've tried massage and cupping and float therapy, I've tried acupuncture at 2 other local spots. All that helped somewhat but my cracky/locked up neck still gave me constant pain. When I left Scott's office after my first visit I felt an overall lightness I hadn't felt in years and my neck felt totally "opened up." The tension returned the next day but at least, for the first time in 2 1/2 years, there is hope. I will be going back for more. Thanks, Scott!

I don't live in Santa Rosa anymore, but when I did, I saw Scott for years. He was super caring and the acupuncture and cupping were very effective. I liked that Four Seasons would make their own tinctures and would make custom blends, as well. The Black Dragon saved my life after brain surgery.

I love the four seasons! I have been going there for a few years . The beautiful small practice has a feeling of home. Diane is deeply knowing on multiple levels, her calm grounded energy always put me at ease. I always left feeling well tuned and loved with a magical herb blend to help with whatever was ailing me. A true gift to the community.
