Great experience start to finish! Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great communication all along the way. And they work seamlessly with State Farm (maybe others?) and Enterprise so it was seamless to me with billing, getting picked up by Enterprise to get my rental, and dropping off rental car right at Fix, not even needing to take it back to Enterprise. Oh yeah, what some of you care about most, the car looks brand new!

Fix Auto went above and beyond for us after our car was hit. Norm was absolutely outstanding—he made sure every detail was repaired back to factory condition and gave us complete confidence in the work. The administrative team handled all of the insurance paperwork seamlessly, which lifted a huge burden off our shoulders. They even arranged for Enterprise to pick us up right from the shop so we didn’t have to worry about transportation.
