Diane is very smart and helped me transition my business taxes to a new structure. For her time and work, I'm grateful. Unfortunately I found her communication style often confusing, indirect and lacking the ability to simplify tax language into laymen's terms. Many conversations ended in more questions or the same question unanswered. I would also receive surprise bills from her without proper disclosure of the upcoming costs she would be billing for. When I went a new direction with a local tax consultant, Diane would not produce requested tax documents to help my transition. I found that unhelpful and bad business in general.

Dianne Piccioni has been my CPA for many years now. She has always been extremely professional, helpful and respectful with great communication. I have found her to be prompt and through, taking the time to answer my questions and if necessary research any complicated situations I found myself in. Such as living in the United Kingdom with foreign income. I have always found Diane personable, friendly and I enjoy speaking with her. She has helped me feel more confident about how to handle my tax preparation and I find her fees to be very reasonable. Every year I feel relaxed and relieved knowing I have such a qualified, knowledgeable professional I can count on now and in the future. Thank you Diane for caring and doing such a great job on my taxes every year.

We've use Diane for our two companies, our personal taxes, my husband's mom and one of our son's tax needs. I appreciate that she is there quickly whenever I need her, she finds the best options and keeps up to date with changes. It has been a pleasure to work with her all of these years AND she is a small woman owned business and local! You can't beat good service and supporting local businesses.
