    Phil's a miracle worker. Important files disappeared from my desktop when I tried to connect them to an external hard drive, and I thought I'd lost them forever. A guy at a different computer store gave up trying to find them. Then I went to corehelp. Phil dug and dug and dug through the MacAir layers, and kept going after many dead ends. I was pretty sure I'd never see those files again, but Phil did finally find them, and he reloaded them onto my desktop. I'm forever grateful. Also, he couldn't have been kinder or more patient in trying to explain to me what was happening.

    You will notice that ALL of Phil's ratings are 5 star...because he is the most patient, honest, and knowledgeable Mac guy you could ever call for help. He is responsive, accommodating your timeline as well as he can. Several years ago he worked on my old Mac desktop, bringing it up to speed with a new hard drive, and more recently he updated the hard drive on my MacBook Pro from 2015. Using logic (which I don't seem to possess), he guided me to determine what size hard drive made the most sense at this point, or whether it would be better to just get a new laptop (NOT). After replacing the hard drive, I couldn't find a particular file, so I went back and he carefully tracked down the "missing" file and double-checked that everything was as it should be before sending me on my way. He is just so incredibly nice and patient, very calm and clear in his explanations. I have always felt his superior work is very fairly priced. Can't praise him and his work ethic enough.

    This is as good as IT gets! If you have an issue with a Mac there is no reason to look further than Phil @ Core Help. He got my 2017 MacBook Air back on track after it would not boot. I tried Apple Support and various forums and spent hours trying to get it back in biz. Phil was able to get it back and upgraded within an hour. He was extremely responsive and just the nicest person to deal with!
