I worked with these guys for about 2 months .
My computer has a update that wouldnt install along with graphics driver issues. They fixed it quickly .
I took it home amd was still having issues, they took ot back amd worked on it for free 2 different times .. after I still couldnt figure it out, the tech, Lucas, who is great. He gave me his personal number amd was helping me during his own time which was great.
Turns out the second issue was on me, I didnt have HDMI in right spot.
Anyways, highly recommend these guys . The tech is now considered a friend aswell.
I love Computers & More. Back when they were located next to Beverley's Fish & Chips, I purchased a used Macbook Pro for my business. That laptop lasted 10 to 12 years! Then it went to a student family member.
This year I brought my new computer in to get it wiped as there was something dreadfully wrong with it. Lucas guided me through the process to ensure that when I returned that laptop for a refund, my personal data would be safe. Then, I purchased another HP 17 inch laptop that was used from them. It might be used, but it doesn't look like or act like it.
I love it and love the care and effort that Computers & More puts into their work. Thank you!!!
