Ramon was amazing in helping us find a fridge! The first one we bought ended up having an issue with the temperature control and he tried a few fixes, but eventually it ended up needing to be replaced (he offered a 90-day warranty when we purchased). He was super responsive the entire time. In the end we went back and found an even nicer one, which he offered to install for no extra charge even though the price was higher than the first one.
Both times, he delivered to our house within an hour and installed everything including the ice maker. We've had our new fridge for about 6 months now and haven't had any issues. Definitely recommend buying... read full review

Great experience. Got a used Samsung washer for about 50% of the price you'd pay for a new one. I liked the no hassle approach. You walk in, pick the one you want, pay cash and they deliver it the same day. I was in and out in literally 3 minutes and they showed up at my house when they said they would. I've had the washer for a few months and it works perfectly.
