Blake did a great job, communicated extremely well about the whole process and locked up the house when he was finished. I felt like I was in very trustworthy hands. One closet stayed damp a little longer than the rest, but I’m sure that was a ventilation issue, not a reflection of his work.
My house was a victim of termites and beetles. At that time I was unaware of REDi. REDi had a team that went over the property and had me concerned because nothing was happening. Finally, the town gave the OK and work began. Under the direction of Pedro Rojo each phase was explained as the work continued. The crew was great. Courteous, helpful, and skilled. I knew that it would be expensive, but it turned out being less than anticipated. The house is better now than it was when built over 100 years ago.

Jose was on time and very personable. He explained the process and asked if we had any questions. The job was completed in a timely manner. His pre-cleaning setup was professional. Once he completed the cleaning, he asked if we were satisfied with the cleaning. Great company with employees that care. We look forward to the next time.
