We had an excellent experience with Bill Kutz. Our HVAC unit was tricky because it was located one story up on our roof. They provided a reasonable replacement estimate, showed up on time on all occasions and did a great job with the install. Bill and Tera were also diligent about coordinating the final inspection, providing roof access for the city inspector and ensuring that our permit was closed out. Very communicative and responsive group. We highly recommend Bill Kutz Heating & Air Conditioning.

John and Paul replaced our old HVAC ducting under our house and they were absolutely amazing! Very efficient, clean, polite, enthusiastic, and provided a great positive experience. Bill, the owner, is so personable and knowledgeable, which is the reason we use the company to begin with. He has reasonable prices and an amazing team.
