Great experience working with the Bill Kutz team to install a/c and heat pump plus moving our furnace to the attic and adding a few new supply runs. It was a big job and the employees were knowledgeable, timely, hardworking and respectful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. An A+ experience working with the crew at Bill Kutz Heating and Air Conditioning. His son Tyler is the general manager and came over and was amenable to extensive consultation as we tried to figure out how to retrofit a modern mini-split into our 1975-era home. There was a lot of discussion and R&D but they were willing to meet our exact requirements. Eventually we went with a Carrier outdoor unit and two indoor air handlers. One ceiling cassette and one high wall mounted. The install crew spent two days very carefully putting the system together with a lot of craftsmanship. Quite impressive. No mess. Very clean.
