I have an old Spanish style house in the Berkeley that is particularly difficult to manage rodents with the tile roof, but BGreen has been diligent about continuing to help as need when I had any problems. Their staff is friendly and thorough, and the 2 years warranty on their work is well worth the $ .Highly recommend using this company for your rodent issues.
We had damage to our two attics and crawl space from rodents; Daniel came out for the inspection & with a quote which we accepted. On 10/15/18, the crew, Isaiah, Miguel, & Narie, arrived to clean up. They replaced all the insulation in the two attics, and crawl space under the house, they removed the old plastic under the house that had been ruined, and replaced it with fresh plastic, the two attics were cleaned, and traps were set throughout. They plugged around some pipes, and made sure there were no accesses for the rodents to reenter. Everything was bagged and removed; they did such a great clean-up!!! They will be back to make sure the rodents haven't; the work done to the three areas comes with a three year warranty.
