ARS did my roof and I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done. I appreciated that they showed up when they said they would and that the job was completed on time. The team at ARS also kept my property clean during the project. I expected to be inconvenienced while the work was performed and surprisingly I had no inconvenience!! I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a roof to ARS.
I had a full roof inspection (an insurance requirement) and repair completed in July 2025, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Leticia was incredibly professional and responsive from the start. Bret made sure everything was done with attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
Every issue identified during the inspection — from cracked tiles to flashing and sealing — was addressed thoroughly and efficiently. The team left the site clean, and I now have peace of mind knowing my roof is in great condition. It’s clear they take pride in their work.
