We have worked with this company twice and we are delighted with the work that they do. On both occasions we had them come out to remove branches that were too close to our home, or overhanging our roof. Tyler is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. He always sends me text photos during the job (because I'm at work) so that I can see how things are going. We are always pleased to find the work site clean and tidy when we get home. And he does an excellent job of doing what we ask. Our most recent request was insurance compliance for branches within 5 feet of the house and he did a stellar job. I recently had Tyler of Arborists That Climb prune my huge front yard tree in Santa Rosa. A wonderful job. The cuts were not visible but only a much lighter and natural looking tree. Although the pruned tree was quite balanced, he even came back so satisfy my neighbor who wanted some additional pruning of branches over hanging their driveway. I'll certainly call Tyler when I have more tree trimming needed.
