I showed up with no appointment and they immediately fit me in, the nail technician (Le) who did my manicure was very quick but not rushed, she had great attention to detail. She checked in at every step to make sure I was okay with color, length, and shape, and the cuticle trimming and shaping was entirely painless. My nails turned out smooth and with even color, and not too thick, which is a huge plus and hard to find!! I will absolutely be back in the future.

The lady who checked me in had a terrible attitude. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice. This place is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The music is relaxing. They should mention that just for gel polish it's an extra $15.

So much better than Zen Spa!!! Aqua is peaceful. Lee took her time. She allowed me to sit back and relax. She opens a new sterilized tool pack every time. I have been to so many nail salons in Santa Rosa. Not one did a quality job until I found Lee at Aqua.
