Exceptional Customer Service from Brianna! I just wanted to give a shout-out to Brianna at Vons for her outstanding customer service. I was standing in line and asked her about firewood as she was walking byclearly on her way to do something else. Instead of brushing it off, she stopped, smiled, and took the time to check in the back for me to see if they had any. It's Halloween, the store was busy, and there were a lot of people coming and going, but Brianna still made the effort to help with a great attitude and genuine kindness. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. It's Von's and Superior, here in SP. two cashiers at Von's, long wait in line. I know you guys can do better. Self check out was down by two registers. Not good.
