I had my very first jeuveau treatment with Dr. Youssef and his staff and I am obsessed with the results. I had never had any type of Botox or Botox like treatment, so I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Youssef and his staff were incredible. They walked me through the entire process and answered all the question that I had. The procedure was completely painless- this is coming from someone who has a needle phobia. I had very minimal swelling/bruising and started seeing results 24 hours after getting the procedure done. Love this place ! Such amazing nurses and doctors! ❤️❤️Although I find it very unprofessional the receptionist Veronica Mekhaiel was rude and talking about how she is not going to get paid for MY surgery in the front desk for everyone to hear, she was talking to Justine Elbertson about this , She also mentioned it was my second surgery and the payments I was doing and I do not think this behavior is acceptable. While I was getting prepared for my surgery, my family heard everything she was saying. Very unprofessional.
