I had a fantastic experience with Ani! This was my very first time getting Botox, so I was naturally a little nervous, but Ani made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy. She took the time to walk me through every step, explain exactly what she was doing, and discuss the different options that could help achieve the results I was looking for.
One thing I especially appreciated was that I never felt pressured or “upsold” on anything I hadn’t asked about. I recently had gender-affirming surgery at Younique Surgery Center and had a wonderful experience.
This is a smaller facility so it feels a lot more welcoming than a hospital setting, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had during the pre-op process before I was taken to the operating room for the actual surgery.
After I woke from anesthesia and was medically cleared, I was then taken to the recovery area, which felt more like a luxury hotel than a medical facility.
