I had such a great experience at LaserAway! From the moment I walked in, the energy felt welcoming and professional. Lori at the front desk was especially amazing—she took the time to walk me through the laser hair removal packages, clearly explaining both the total cost and what the monthly payments would look like on a scheduled plan.
She made everything feel simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she was genuinely warm and inviting. That kind of energy makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

I always have a good experience at laseraway but this time was an especially good experience because of my provider, Sarah. She was so friendly, helpful and well informed. She really did everything she could to provide the best experience and care possible for my tattoo removal process. So much so that I even requested for a note to be made so I could have her be my provider for my next treatment session too. She deserves special recognition for her quality of work and customer service. :)
