About Toe Heaven Spa
Toe Heaven Spa is a welcoming place that offers a variety of services. Customers praise the spa's friendly staff and the quality of their manicures and pedicures. Many enjoy the clean environment and appreciate the rapport between employees and customers. One customer has been coming for almost three years and has always been happy with the service, noting that prices are clearly posted and upselling is normal. However, some reviews mention concerns. One customer experienced damage to their nails after a gel removal, stating that they have been cracking and breaking for two months. Another shared a disappointing experience after requesting special care for their thin nails, as the manicurist did not follow the request. They also mentioned that their boyfriend, who received a first-time pedi and paid extra for pampering, did not feel impressed by the service. Overall, while many reviewers highlight the positive and relaxing experience at Toe Heaven Spa, some customers have specific concerns that future visitors should consider.
I came here with my friend Hannah to do our nails for winter break from nursing school and they turned out super cute! Mandy did my nails with Gel-X and chrome powder; Lisa did my friend's nails with builder gel. Overall, we felt very welcomed here and would come again. Our nails took less than 2 hours and they're perfect. Thank you!! :)
I came in before Halloween for a builder-gel manicure with light pink polish and white chrome. Lisa took care of me and did an amazing job! She kept checking to make sure I liked the nail shape and length, and I really appreciated how attentive she was. I also mentioned that my pointer finger tends to chip/break, and she made those nails slightly thicker; and it worked. Even though I'm pretty rough on my hands, I haven't had a single chip or break. It's been a week and my nails still look beautiful. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming here for almost three years and have always been happy with the service. Some of these negative reviews feel petty—prices are clearly posted when you walk in, and yes, they offer deluxe options when you’re seated, but that’s normal upselling. You’re free to decline.
If you’re particular about something, just speak up—the staff is kind and accommodating. It’s disappointing to see people bash a local business trying to stay afloat. I’ll continue to support them.
