Alexander is a miracle worker! He was able to help me restore full mobility in my shoulders and we eliminated my knee pain. Between the strength training and nutrition plan, I haven't felt this good in years. The facility and equipment are top notch.

I've been training for my first fitness race, and I'm so glad I found The Study! I signed up for 6 private EMS training sessions with Karen, and it's been an incredible experience. The facility is spotless, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It includes everything you need to recover after a tough session - cold plunge, sauna, and showers. The staff is knowledgeable and really takes the time to ensure you're getting the most out of your training.
