Just walked in and got a basic mani/pedi with no polish or anything (took 30 min), and my experience was great. Excellent hospitality, extremely clean, very tranquil ambience, friendly staff, comfy massage chairs, competent service. Would definitely come back.
Great salon, rude owner. It’s best nail salon on Main Street, SM. It’s clean and has a calming environment. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and taking the time to review is because of the way the owner speaks to customers. I think he’s trying to be professional but it comes off very bossy and rude. I’m hoping this along with the other reviews can help improve his customers service skills because everything else is great.
Been here a handful of times. The place + equipment is spotless and the ambience is relaxing. Pedicures are excellent. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Prices are fair.
However, manicures leave something to be desired. Got a French manicure a few weeks ago with uneven lines, flecks of white polish on the pink part of the nail, and rushed application of topcoat which led to chipping the day after. Even though I opted for regular polish over gel, usually I can enjoy a minimal chip manicure for a week or so after! Note: I don't like to use the UV fans but I stuck around for 30-45 minutes to let the manicure dry.
