Had a poor customer experience. Will not return. Have been going to Bello for about a year now and my wife started going as well. Recently brought in some pants that needed to be shortened a tad. Went to pick them up on a Saturday around 3pm and the store was closed when they are supposed to be open until 5pm. Called the manager and he said something about how a customer had shut down the store that door for some kind of exclusive. Didn’t really make any sense. Whatever. Came back Monday just after 5pm and they were closed again. Called the manager and he said they close at 5pm on weekdays. I noted to him that both the front door and the website indicates they close at 6pm on weekdays. Finally picked up the pants before I had to go out of town. Tried on the pants when I got back and they were 2 inches too short. On my way home decided to stop by at 5:30pm and guess what? They were open. So much for closing at 5pm. Explained that pants were too short and tried them on. Didn’t look like there was enough material left to salvage the pants but they said they would try. To my surprise the manager started filling out a bill to me. I asked him what was this for? He said since it was after a week they would charge me $13. I explained that it was their mistake but he said they just do what the customer says in terms of alterations. I did not ask for my pants to be 2 inches too short but he continued to take no accountability for the screw up. So I said you have a choice. You can try to fix the pants at no cost or I will never come back here. He said that’s the policy and I left and will never come back or will my wife or friends. So I’ve wasted a lot of time going to the store when they were closed during business hours and now have had a pair of pants that are ruined. This could have been handled so much better. So if you want a cleaner that doesn’t honor their hours of operations, takes no accountability for their mistakes, and has a policy of charging you to fix their errors then Bello is the place for you. For anyone else, there are plenty of other cleaners in the area. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Javier does excellent work and pays careful attention to detail. The shop is easy to communicate with over text and they have easy parking in the back. Quick turnaround times and fair prices.

I had my wedding dress tailored here and couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is top-notch—very high quality and done with great care. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and was so patient with me as I requested multiple changes throughout the process. Pricing was fair. I recommend if you're looking for a great tailor on the West side!

This tailor takes his work very seriously. I had a long silk dress that needed work and it was a difficult piece as every stitching could be seen and it had to sit just right. He did his outmost to make it right and the final work was perfect!

He would quote one price then raise it. Also told me clothes would be done on Wednesday, came back on Wednesday then he said following Wednesday. When I told him that's not what he said, he told me he would check his cameras that are set up in the room to see what he really said. Insulting.
