I did my red light theraphy here and I have done it at many different places but this was THEE absolute best!!! Why?! Cause it also gives a massage with the red light theraphy and it also lets you allow how hot you want it. Afterwards I felt brand new and was able to sleep sooo good as u do have insomnia problems. It also helped my digestion problems as I also gave that. Highly recommend , the owner Andrew was so nice and professional love the whole set up! Highly recommend if u visit Santa Monica !!! This is a most for your health!
Amazing experience overall. Booked a couples reflexology massage. Both attendants were professional, massages were great and the space was clean and a relaxing environment. Will go back next time we are in Santa Monica.
I had a real great experience at Santa Monica Massage, each person is different and each massage therapist is different so my review is for Frederico. He's one of the best massage therapist I've had work on me. He really understands the intricacies of the body and how the different muscles connect to and affect each other. More importantly, he is very skilled in his technique he knows the proper way to push through difficult knots and tightness. It's not just about adding more pressure but the right kind of pressure in the right way. I had enjoyed the massage so much I had booked another the next day :)
