I love Row House! The Santa Monica coaches and crew are phenomenal and the energy at the studio is contagious. The coaches are very good about monitoring student’s form, which is so important for rowing. A must try!
I took the Restore class with Jenny this morning and it was the perfect class for starting my day. Just the right mix of rowing, stretching and strength training.
