It has been 11weeks since I received a new knee... My doctor was Andrew Yun. I reviewed him in my early "yelping" days. ( check it out... just keep scrolling down in my reviews). Well, in case you don't know this, post surgery you are taken care of at home by an incredible team of nurses and physical therapists. Week 3 you see his physician's assistant and off you go. "See you in a year!" she said. "No more at home care, you are doing great"... WHAT??? A YEAR? Obviously, if you are having issues, you can schedule an appointment. So, now I am on my own to advocate for myself and figure out a place to get the physical therapy I will need to get stronger and be able to bend my knee, stand on it and do the appropriate exercises to make my recovery continue to move forward in a positive direction!REHAB SPECIALISTS is my place of choice.Everyone there are great! The front desk folks are stellar and so helpful. Sue evaluated me and she is fabulous. Smart and knowledgeable and easy to work with. And she's a dog person, too ( just saying :) )....Jen has been working with me ever since my referral and she is fantastic! A real joy and motivator! She has has helped me tremendously! Jim has been an incredible support giving me realistic goals and plenty of fascinating insights!I am proud to say I am way ahead of the "healing schedule " because of my own hard work and determination and their commitment to making it so!They have several locations but the Santa Monica one is my first choice. Parking is ridiculously challenging...So, try to get an early appointment if possible... otherwise, allow extra time to find a space and be ready to walk a few blocks. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to get stronger and smarter during those crucial weeks following knee surgery. The best!

Becky is a Fabulous Physical Therapist So is Jen F. They really knows what they are doing . They have help me so very much. The wonderful office Mgr's Carli and Mel really keep this office running The equipment is keep clean and in good working order.

I was treated at the Santa Monica facility until Feb 2022. I was very lucky to have Jim Scherer as the professional who took care of my dislocated shoulder with a Hill-Sachs lesion. Jim and his team, skillfully, managed to completely restore the movement of my shoulder and for that I am forever grateful! In addition, Carli Padilla, the office manager, has excellent customer service skills, making scheduling a very simple and pleasant process.
