Today I visited the Reality Center, completely blind and with no expectations. After a treatment with vibrations, light and music, I am a different person. Anxiety, stress, mental gymnastics, stripped away. I cannot articulate what happened or how it happened, my mind was in a 1000 different places, all good. I was in there for over an hour but had to ask how long it was. I had no comprehension of time. I do know I will be going back and back for this treatment. I would highly recommend it for anyone with stress, anxiety, PTSD. I don’t know the how’s or why’s but this worked for me and I’ve been strung like a cat on a curtain for a decade.
