I feel incredibly fortunate that my neck, spine and arm met Jeff Ptak because I have been very uncomfortable and stiff for the past 3 -4 years. It was my first time doing this and I was scared but he is so careful and professional, he put me at ease. I can honestly say that after 3 times of being adjusted I am feeling a lot better! I still have a ways to go but I am finally feeling like I could heal which is amazing! Thank you so much! I highly recommend him!

Dr. Jeffrey Ptak has been a huge influence on me personally and professionally for my yoga clients. I was a patient of his for a relatively short time in 2007-2008 at the age of 35, after I hurt my neck on a trampoline, and after years of leading an active, athletic life. I had gone to see several chiropractors in the Los Angeles area for not just immediate relief, but to heal and change the way my muscles held my spine in place.
