“When I visited Dr. Le back in Sep 2023, my discectomy surgery had already been scheduled and I wanted to have a second opinion for my severe 9mm L4-L5 herniated disk. I was not able to walk, sleep, sit, drive, etc. at the time and made it to the office with difficulty.Dr. Le had a solid and specific plan to recovery for my back which was a real relief after all that I had been through in the past couple months before my visit. I canceled my surgery that day and followed along with Dr. Le's plan and I am really glad that I did. We started with 3 sessions per week and I was back on my feet walking short distances in a week or two. The healing process for a herniated disk is really slow and painful and with Dr. Le's plan you can expect a faster and stronger recovery. I highly recommend him for anyone with similar issues.
