My friend and I came in yesterday with the just the simple request of 'Help us, can you adjust our glasses quickly? ' Steven immediately said 'of course' and within minutes we were comfortably back in our glasses. He was so nice, so helpful and truly went above and beyond. Because of this I will now be a loyal customer.
Optical Designs is clearly the most fantastic place for glasses ..I have done business with them for way over 20 years ...Steven and Rick are both amazing people and the inventory is the best of the best ..I own at this point 6 pairs of glasses at this time ..Each and every one has its own personality and I always get compliments..They really know how to frame your face so that it looks its best ...I was a stylist and now a photographer ...I would never go anywhere else and that's a fact ..Thank you ..Phyllis Weiss Greenberg
I went in because I had stepped on my sunglasses and thought they were un-fixable. The employee was so nice and able to fix my sunglasses within 2 minutes of me coming in. They also have a beautiful selection of sunglasses/glasses. Highly recommend!!
