For a week now, I have been home from the amazing Costa Rica yoga retreat planned by Maha Bodhi, and every morning I check my pictures to make sure it wasn’t actually a dream. It was *that* amazing! Each day, I close my eyes and think about where I was with this profoundly talented teacher, the wonderful group of yogis she assembled, in one of the most gorgeous spots smack dab in the middle of the jungle. This yoga retreat to Costa Rica was phenomenal! Maha is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had and she really takes your yoga to the next level. Her teaching style was the highlight of the trip. Also, everyone on this yoga retreat also contributed a wonderful presence—I think it speaks highly to Maha’s energy as a yoga teacher in being able to attract such bright individuals.Thanks to Maha’s yoga teachings, I left this trip feeling rejuvenated especially after having the space to think more with clarity.
