Mac911 Inc - Apple Authorized Service Provider

So your MacBook Pro of 4 years refuses to start after some battery charging issues, and you cannot find an appointment with a genius at Apple, who do I turn to, Mac 911.

Super easy to get an appointment. I turn in my laptop and they said within a day they will diagnose and confirm the issue. I get a call within 24 hours, that the issue is a fault IO logic board, they have it in stock, and can do it for a very reasonable price, within an hour!

Excellent service! I needed a battery for my 2019 MacBook Pro. I'm pretty handy, so I youtubed how to replace the battery - forget it, it's VERY complicated and a genius is needed. It would take almost a week for Apple to replace, but only took 24 hrs at Mac 911 (once I had the battery!). They supplied all the necessary information, were pleasant and my computer was returned with a new battery, and all cleaned up! Will definitely come back!!
