I need to express how extremely frustrated and disheartened I am by my recent experience. Please note I have NEVER felt I needed to leave a negative review ANYWHERE before. I have been to this clinic multiple times and have interacted with several staff members, so I do not make complaints lightly. However, my interaction with Lia was unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.

She was not only unhelpful, but appeared fundamentally unprepared to perform her role. She was unable to answer even basic questions about the clinic and provided no meaningful guidance. It’s taken awhile to write this, and I will keep my father’s name out of it for privacy.. but wanted to share this story as I hope it helps someone else. Dr. Franc misdiagnosed my dad’s Parkinson’s a few years ago, and actually did do tests- but despite all of the physical and cognitive signs, just because the brain scan came back ok- he sent him on his way with a good report of health despite shuffled gait, hand tremors, and incredibly slow movement.
