She is currently helping me stay relaxed and strong through my pregnancy, and has also resolved my long-standing digestion issues.
The office environment is incredibly peaceful, and I often find myself napping during my treatments. Plus, street parking is always accessible, which makes every visit stress-free. I’m so grateful for her care!

Karen is fantastic. The peak of my time with her was the treatment she did on my neck after I woke up with extreme pain and stiffness randomly one morning. She worked her magic with the needles and cupping, and the pain literally dissipated just hours after. Highly recommend! She’s also fun and just good vibes overall.

Karen Adams is such an incredible Acupuncturist. She is thoughtful, effective and communicative. Empathetic and listens to your needs and desires. Which she will adapt her experience and practice to the outcome and/or wellness treatment best for you. Can’t recommend her enough. Yes Acupuncture can be tough for the first visit or 2 but it is worth it if you commit and are patient to it. Sounds like life. Huh? My best to Karen and all.

My husband and I have been seeing Karen for over a year. My husband goes for his back, and I have gone for my hip and general stress relief. Karen is amazing, and we are so grateful we found her in Santa Monica. My husband credits a huge part of his improvement to Karen. When he started seeing her, he was having trouble standing or sitting for extended periods of time. She goes beyond just the acupuncture and really helps you think through your entire experience with pain and how to manage it. He is now back to swimming, surfing, and other activities. Highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a great acupuncturist.

I don't write much reviews other than the ones that are super amazing and out of the ordinary. And Karen is one of the few. I found Karen through yelp upon my old acupuncturist's departuring the city to continue on helping me on my pinched nerve recovery journey. Karen is beyond attentive, warm, and understanding all along with out-of-this-world bedside manners. She has helped me tremendously to release the neck pain based on my extreme tolerance. She does customize every visit and every client based on their immediate needs and tolerance level of course. She has this amazing ability to make one feel very comfortable no matter what. I would not have survived these past 2 years without her. In fact, she has contributed tremendously on my recovery. I am so much better because of her. She is simply AMAZING!!!! I am forever in debt and grateful to her. I love her so so much!!!!

I have been going to Karen for almost a year now. And honestly I was waiting to pass sometime before writing a review. I have been going to her for acid reflux, asophogas damage, sinus pains, lung infection, and last time for enlarged lymph node. Everytime I go there she does an amazing job in healing me. She's always reliable, welcome and knowledgeable about acupuncture. She never pushes you to do something, never tries to sell something to you.I am always looking forward to my sessions with her even though sometimes some needles are not pleasant.I absolutely recommend her.
