Kaiser Permanente Santa Mónica office is great! Wonderful nurse and doctor and best phlebotomist ever. Clean, friendly, almost no wait. I feel very blessed to have KP as my healthcare provider.

Dr. Hsu is an amazing doctor! He was very patient, and knowledgeable. He was also very professional and very detailed. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a new doctor or a doctor in general. Thank you for your time and care Dr. Hsu!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Julie Nissim and Nurse Shunda Taylor on January 28th. They were both so lovely and made my visit very easy. I was bracing myself to get a pap smear as I’ve heard it’s a painful process, but Dr. Nissim was amazing and I didn’t feel any pain! Seriously, I couldn’t recommend her more!!

Dr HSU and his nurse Franklin (sorry Franklin I don’t know your last name!), were incredibly warm, interested, and attentive. They listened to me and my concerns and were able to knock out all the tests I asked for. Very happy with my care as a first time Kaiser patient. Even the man who checks people in was warm and friendly. I’m very impressed.

Dr Nissim is an extraordinary physician and human being. She is thoughtful caring and always manages to spend the necessary time with me listening to any concern I may have. She is deserving of any and all accolades sent her way. Her assistant Franklin is a dedicated Healthcare professional with whom I had a good rapport and he is an asset to the Kaiser community.
