I had such a lovely experience with Jenny. I was nervous because it was my first bikini wax. She made me feel so comfortable. She was just cool to hang out and talk to! She also did a really good job and was the ideal person to do my first bikini wax, felt like I had a talented sister who was just doing it for me haha. Went in to get book a service and was "welcomed" by an unfriendly young woman at the front desk. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she doesn't like her job. Either way, I won't be returning. I have been in before and Elisa was very professional and courteous. In fact, she was the reason I was returning. Found another place down the street which is much cheaper and friendly.

Close personal friends use this service and they have never failed to praise it to the skies. Very genteel outdoor set-up on upper floor for the time-being (pandemic). Wonderful staff and service, so I'm told.

Totally impressed with the service here. Lisa was exceptional and did an amazing job on my brows and face. Super clean and professional and perfectionists. Lisa listened closely to me and was extremely thorough. Great conversation and a beautiful place. Will definitely be back.

I can't say enough good things about Elisa & the whole team at Jenny Wax! I'd never had a bikini wax and was super nervous about it. From the start, the team was super communicative and the salon is very cute, clean & easy to get to. I hadn't spoken to Elisa before my first appointment, but she instantly made me feel comfortable about getting a Brazilian (it's called the "Playboy" at the salon). Elisa is super thorough and my skin hasn't had any issues in the year & a half I've been getting waxed. Apart from her professionalism, Elisa is also just a really amazing person to hang out with for 20 minutes! Weird to say... I actually look forward to my wax appointments. Thanks to Elisa & the whole team at Jenny Wax for a wonderful experience each time. Also, shoutout for their COVID-19 protocols - it's super clean & safe for not only clients, but for their staff, too.

been coming here for years (more than 10) and even when i moved in Inland Empire id still drive here just to get my facial. facility is clean, estheticians are nice and courteous. they are the only people i trust to touch my face.
