Wow! Customer Service was downhill today. I just hope to get my dental issue solved on my now 10th appointment since September of last year for something so minor! No have a good weekend nothing! No hi how are you?! Phone etiquette is keen in a business. It’s always pleasant when Lily answers. The lady with the dark hair. She’s pleasant.

This was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, clearly explaining that I had tooth pain and needed a filling. I waited in pain for two weeks, expecting real treatment.
I confirmed the appointment several times, even called while on my way from Hollywood. I said I might be 10 minutes late, and was told that was fine.
I arrived at 2:08 PM, was seated in the chair—and then told: 👉 “The doctor already left.” No warning. No call. Nothing.
I was shocked. The manager admitted it was their mistake — the person who booked me didn’t mark it as a treatment visit. Meanwhile, the doctor and staff just left in the middle of the day. Unacceptable.
To make things worse, the clinic’s equipment is completely outdated. Old machines, worn-out chairs — the whole place feels stuck in the ’90s.
If I lose my tooth because of this delay, I’ll seriously consider legal action. This was more than a miscommunication — it was negligence.
Their name says it all: I Hate Dentists. After this, I really do. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr J is the best that’s why I came to do an extraction and implant procedure. Very caring and considerate dentist that makes me feel comfortable. Probably the best in the business in my opinion. Nice and helpful staff also. Thanks Dr J!

Avoid this dentist at all costs. Initially, he may come across as knowledgeable and personable, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. He performed several root canals that now require redoing, and he overlooked my cavities, which have only worsened since my visits. I feel deceived, as I was led to believe he would provide excellent care, only to discover he caused significant damage to my teeth. Additionally, the office staff is complicit in his misleading practices; while they may be dependent on their jobs, they share responsibility for the unethical behavior. Please, do not choose this dentist—you will deeply regret it if you do. If I could give negative -0 rating I would.
