Maryam is simply the best! Every time I visit her salon, she works her magic on my hair like no one else can. From my hair color to hilites and the perfect haircut, she knows exactly what I need to look my absolute best. And the best part? They have Yaya, who offers the most relaxing massage ever! It's a complete package of beauty, relaxation, and luxury. I feel like a queen every time I leave the salon, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. And let's not forget Scottie, Maryam's cute little dog, who adds to the entire experience by making everyone feel special. Even while my hair is on the timer, Scottie keeps me entertained and happy. It's an exciting and amazing experience that I look forward to every time!

Color and cut (trim). Had a wonderful experience today at Fantastic Sams! Heather did an amazing job with my hair color and cut. She is very caring and conscientious. Was a pleasure to also meet Miriam who cares greatly about the customer's experience. I will be back

This is a wonderful fantastic sams! My usual hair lady retired from Chinatown so I was searching for one close to home in west la driving around. Wasn't really looking for a franchise place - I've used Supercuts and Sams a long time ago but this one had high points. Walked in and the owner is so friendly, down to earth and so was the other gals in there. If you don't come for haircut, come for Scotty the dog! Anyways the prices are posted when you walk in, all haircuts it says includes shampoo. Blow dry is extra But so worth it Very nice people, I surely did not want someone who didn't like their job cutting my hair but she made me look human again! Will be back for sure for upkeep and cuts
