This is a beautiful showroom that has fantastic customer service. Charles was helping me and met every single standard... knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and most important... FRIENDLY. I made an appointment (no walk ins at the moment due to Covid) and was greeted, tended to, and out within 15 minutes. I really love supporting this business and look forward to coming back soon with the next project. Thank you for making the process so easy!!

first time home renovator and so glad I walked into Emporio and spoke with Tiffani. What a lovely and well educated person. She has amazing knowledge for all tile and stone products and pointed me in the direction I needed. I am an expert about tile and stone now and she is a wonderful teacher with a bubbly personality. Tiffani even did some research for me and found a great fabricator for a small piece I was looking for. What a delight! She made the impossible and overwhelming so very "I got this" ! I was searching for some quality stone and tiles and the selection was amazing and the service was excellent. They have an an extensive collection for all price ranges depending on your needs. They know their game and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all things related to stone and tile.
