Having to tent your house and move out for fumigation is no fun. But Dewey Pest Control Made it as easy and seamless as possible. Jose, our inspector was thorough, accurate, and good humored. Marlon, the chief of the crew that did the fumigation was very clear, easy to talk to and considerate. We had forgotten to pack up some produce that was in the refrigerator, and they very thoughtfully, took it out of the refrigerator and left it for us in a bag at the front of our house. They arrived on time and we were able to re-occupy our home at the estimated time. This company is the best. They are professional, prompt, and organized. Their work is thorough, and they explain what they have done. My experience was with the Santa Monica office. I’m always pleased with the service. I had a few spot concerns for termites. Todd inspected and was very knowledgeable. He was able to give me an estimate on the spot. Alfredo actually did the work which involved a pergola connected to my house. He treated for the termites, removed damaged pieces that had wood rot, replaced the wood, painted. A big job done all in one day with professionalism and courtesy. And Alfredo left the site cleaner than when he arrived.
