I was able to try a haircut at Coloration Bar (thanks to a Groupon!) with Natalie back late September (2025) to help get my dead ends cut off. And she boldly advised and helped to lighten the heaviness in my hair, put in great layers, and really trim off inches that I was scared to lose that ultimately worked out for the best because it grew out longer and healthily! It’s been 7 months and my hair has the great layers that many compliment today, and my damage isn’t back (after putting argan oil on after washing now)! Revitalized and still manages to retain a great cut and layers after so long!

I was so scared about trying a new haircut at a new place after years of searching for a forever hair stylist but after I found this place and got a short layered haircut with Wendy I have never been this happy with my hair before. I’m a college student that has to put a majority of her money into school so the pricing compared to everywhere else I see is perfect. I also like that Wendy was honest when talking about my hair and what I needed and didn’t need instead of scamming me like a lot of people do! ????? This salon is a class act and clearly well-managed. It’s rare these days to see an owner who takes the time to personally introduce themselves and check in on customers, it’s the kind of professional courtesy you only see in businesses that truly value their clientele. The atmosphere is professional, the service is top-tier, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work. It’s great to find a place that understands both great hair and great hospitality.
