I came to Bruce with chronic hip and sciatica pain that was limiting my lifestyle and keeping me from taking long walks with my wife. At 64, I was determined to find a solution before my son’s wedding. After trying physical therapy and acupuncture with limited success, Bruce’s approach made all the difference. By combining behavioral modifications with deep fascia work, he delivered results that far outweighed anything else I tried. I went from worrying about my mobility to feeling like I can dance into the night at the wedding. Highly recommend Advanced Rolfing!
Bruce is extremely knowledgeable, effective, friendly, and attentive/responsive to my feedback. I came to him curious if a couple chronic issues could be helped by a combo of structural integration & visceral manipulation and we are making real progress! It feels like the strangest and most satisfying stretches I didn't know I needed, and I can feel structural elements of my body shifting subtly. Highly recommend working with him.
