Jerry Botham has been our trusted plumber for nearly 20 years now. We have a very fussy, 1928 Spanish house on a hillside. Our plumbing has always been tricky. But, Jerry really can do it all and he does every job with very clear communication, attention to detail and a high level of expertise. Jerry has been my go-to plumber for decades. I have an 80-year-old furnace and he made parts for it which saved me having to tear out my wall for a new one. He was honest about how many old pipes I have needed to replace and saved me money again. He came very quickly when my old water heater was leaking. I know he works at celebrities' homes, but it is worth paying more for someone I can trust and who will do the job correctly.

These guys are the real deal. I never knew that plumbing involved so much math and calculations. I had another plumber install tankless water heaters in three apartments and they all broke down in six months. It turns out you need someone who can calculate gas requirements, flow rates, etc. It takes tons of math and calculations and tables. They actually recommended that I install regular old tank water heaters, otherwise I'd have to dig up concrete to put in bigger gas lines. If you have a simple job, you might not need these guys, but if it is at all complex, call these guys.
