If you’re struggling to stay consistent at the gym then BFT is the place for you. I was going to gyms, trying to do all the research online and working out on my own but I could never stick with it and always felt like I wasn’t pushing myself enough. Then my fiancé, who had tried BFT, told me to go and I’m really glad I did. It really is an awesome gym. Jacob, Kayla, Kelly, Jordan, and the rest of the team are incredible. It’s like I have a personal trainer but in a group setting, so I am meeting a lot of people in class. The best!! It truly feels like personal training in a class setting. Jacob and the entire team of coaches create such a warm community and truly pay attention to each person in the class. As someone who used to feel lost in a gym, it’s so nice to be able to just show up 6 days a week knowing the workouts are planned. I’m pushed without burning out or injuring myself. Genuinely look forward to each class!

I've been going to BFT Santa Monica for ~3.5 years and have nothing but great things to say. The programming is fun, constantly changing, and a great combination of lifting, cardio, and agility. The community / trainers are awesome, supportive, and engaging. The results speak for themselves - I'm in some of the best shape of my life and never thought I would look forward to the gym (yes, even cardio days) as much as I do now! Thanks BFT for being such a positive force and changing my body, mind, and life!
