I went into Benefit to pick up my usual brow pencil and left with so much helpful knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and superb customer service.
From the moment I walked in, a staff member who was helping another customer made sure to greet me right away, and another team member was already coming from the back to assist me. I really appreciated that level of care.
Team member Amanda was very friendly, and took the time to understand my preferences, and needs before making recommendations. She talked me through what would work best for me in a way that felt knowledgeable, genuine, and not pushy.

Bryson is the best. Super attentive and so precise. Really took his time to make sure my brows were perfectly shaped for my face. Been seeing him now for almost a year and I can’t imagine going to anyone else ever again.
